  • Long Description: United Methodist Bishop Thomas Bickerton, president of United Methodist Communications, conducts a radio interview for Nothing But Nets kick-off in New York. The malaria prevention campaign is seeking to raise funds to purchase and distribute insecticide-treated bed nets for families in Africa. Partners in Nothing But Nets include The people of The United Methodist Church, the United Nations Foundation, Sports Illustrated, and the National Basketball Association's foundation, NBA Cares, Millennium Promise and the Measles Initiative.
